After I receive your completed questionnaire we will have a half hour phone consultation to discuss lifestyle, diet, available equipment, and fitness goals. Together we will determine a plan of action. Every 4 weeks we will have another consultation to review your progress and set new goals.
4 Week Exercise plan
Your 4 week customizable exercise plan will be emailed to you. Your exercise program will include a cutting-edge resistance training program and a cardio conditioning program, based upon the equipment available to you. As long as you properly progress through the program you will receive a new plan every 4 weeks, which keeps your body from reaching a plateau and provides continual progress toward your goals. Food log and Weight tracking

In Person Personal Training
When I meet with clients in person I am able to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and skill set better and therefore build a more specialized program. If you live in NYC or a neighborhood surrounding Williamsburg Brooklyn I offer pay-as-needed personal training from $95 to $125 per hour.
