Each personal training package begins with a comprehensive fitness evaluation. By gathering information on your health history and current level of conditioning, I am able to develop a personalized training program tailored to meet your fitness goals. You will receive a full assessment including posture, flexibility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and body composition. With these tests I will track your progress toward meeting your fitness goals. My training programs involve a unique mixture of strength training, cardiovascular development, flexibility training, and personal coaching.

If you reside in New York City or Brooklyn, training sessions can be held in your home, at a private personal training studio in Manhattan or Brooklyn, or your office gym. I also offer virtual training programs where you train on your own and I supply programs and coaching support.
