Overview
Many nutrition programs offer one-size fits all recommendations and expect you to figure out a way to make it work. After one or two frustrating weeks, many people quit these programs feeling as though they lack discipline, willpower, and motivation. Diets fail people, not the other way around. During our program, you will learn the benefits of eating whole organic foods, reducing the consumption of chemicals and artificial ingredients, and identifying what foods, activities and lifestyle adjustments work best for your body. Where are health and nutrition counseling sessions held?
The beauty of health and nutrition counseling is that sessions can be held in-person or over the phone. If you live or work in New York City or Brooklyn, sessions can be held in-person in your office, home or public venue. If you live long-distance or would prefer the convenience of speaking by phone, your sessions will occur as phone meetings, and all relevant materials will be shipped to your home.
