This intensive total fitness program is designed for people who want results and are ready to take a leap into a true whole body transformation. No matter how large your health and fitness goals may be, my job is to help you clarify the steps you will need to take, equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge, assist you through your successful transition, and offer abundant coaching and support. The Compleat Fitness package includes:
A personalized combination of fitness and nutrition coaching – this could be done on the same days, or as separate consultations.
Possible combinations include:
Two or three one-hour fitness training sessions a week, with two 30-minute nutrition meetings before or after your fitness training.
Two one-hour fitness training sessions a week and one, one-hour nutrition meeting scheduled at different times during the week.
